Of course, this depends on your interests and preferences, and also a little bit on your previous knowledge. As a beginner, Krav Maga is probably a good place to start.
Since we rate our weapon systems primarily as martial arts and self-defense, the focus is primarily on defense against weapons. The handling and the knowledge about the way of the weapon also allows us to assess it better in defense against it.
Yes, that is possible. However, many training scenarios relate to the everyday work of authorities, security services, the police and special commands. For instructor training, however, we need a character certificate.
This depends heavily on your personal requirements and previous knowledge. However, since a lot happens in the mental area, especially in self-defense, after each unit you may already have learned something that can be helpful in a situation. If you train regularly 2-3 times a week, you will notice the first technical success after just 2-3 months.
