Hi everybody,

within just a few weeks we developed our completely new online platform to offer you a great variety of online live trainings and coachings.

Some people had problems joining one of our trainings, therefore, we give you a quick overview on how to buy tickets and how to join a training or coaching session.

You should receive your ticket almost instantly after your purchase via email. If you didn’t receive an email and you don’t see a red button “Watch the live training” on the event page, contact us to that we can solve the problem in a timely fashion.

How to buy a ticket?

  1. Browse through our training or coaching sessions and click on one of the events.
  2. Klick “Get Ticket” and then click on “Checkout now” in the popup window. You will be forwarded to the Checkout page.
  3. If you have a voucher code, you can enter it at the top of the page above your billing details. Fill out all billing details (it’s filled out automatically if you are logged in to your account), choose your preferred method of payment, accept the terms and conditions and click on “Place binding order”.
  4. Depending on your payment method follow the instructions on your screen. Important, don’t close any browser window during the payment process. It’s important that you get redirected to our Payment Confirmation page after completing your payment.

How do I receive my ticket?

When buying a ticket you will get from us 3 different emails.

  1. Your SAMI order confirmation from (date of purchase): This is just an email that indicates that you placed an order.
  2. Your SAMI order has been received: This is the confirmation that your payment was accepted.
  3. Your tickets from SAMI: In this email you find again all event details and a link to the live training or coaching session.

IMPORTANT: Please make sure to also check your “Spam” or “Junk” email folder.

How can I join a live training or coaching session?

There are numerous ways to join a training session if you have a ticket:

  • Click on the link in the email with your ticket.
  • We also send you a reminder email on the day of the event, there you will also find the link to the event.
  • Log in to your account. On the left side of the page you see a calendar icon. Klick on it to get to the “My trainings” page. There you see all upcoming event for which you have a valid ticket. Klick on the red button “Watch the live training”.

Help, I can’t find my ticket or I didn’t get any emails. What should I do?

Please contact us via email with a short description of your problem. You can also contact us via live chat. Just click on the speech bubble icon on the bottom-right side of the website.
It’s best to contact us a couple hours or days before the event starts if you don’t find the link to join the live training or coaching session.
